Inspire WBL is a company that is passionate about providing work based learning opportunities to students. We understand the impact that these opportunities can have on student achievement, attendance, and retention. We also want to educate business partners on the benefits that work based learning can have on their organizations. Our mission is to inspire schools, students, and communities to participate in work based learning opportunities to aid in the development of the 21st century learner and provide them with the resources and skills necessary to be successful in the classroom and in the workforce.
Why Work Based Learning?
The Inspire WBL platform was created to help school administrators better manage, promote, and connect students to local employers in career pathways that align with the students’ future career goals; while providing the student a platform to develop a portfolio of work and promote their knowledge, skills, and employability.
Students

It can also help them build a network of professionals and peers with common interests and career goals that can help them connect the dots between curriculum and application in the workplace.
